Plant bazaar

On a Saturday in July we organized a plant bazaar in the area of the Olomouc Summer Cinema. For the event, we prepared cuttings of indoor plants, rescued abandoned plants and also made ceramic flower pots, which we planted with plants. Apart from the Hadaikum pots, there were also pieces by Veronika Zálešáková and Kristina Haviarová. Music was provided by the Brno-based Éter collective and the Plant-based Vegan Yummies were created in collaboration with Vendy Šípková.

🍚Vegetable curry, jasmine rice
🌯Summer rolls with vegetables, sesame seeds, herbs and miso-peanut sauce
🥪Sandwiches: roasted vegetables, beetroot, roasted seeds, herb pesto, cucumber, fennel
🍡Sweets: Flapjack with almonds and roasted plums
🥥Energy balls with cashews, coconut, raspberries and chocolate
🍰Cheesecake with cashews: chocolate, hazelnuts, currants, moringa
